Introduction and Consent

et33 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "et33") is an online gaming and betting service provider operating for users in Bangladesh. By visiting this website, creating an account, or using any feature of the platform, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

To use the et33 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is open only to those aged 21 or above.
  • You must be a legally competent individual and must not have been declared incapacitated by any court.
  • Your location or place of residence must not be in any area where online gaming is prohibited by law.
  • You must have a valid bank account or mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) in your own name.
  • You must not be a person whose account was previously closed by et33.

et33 reserves the right to verify the age or identity of any individual at any time. An account may be temporarily suspended until age verification is complete. If an account is opened with false information or the age requirement is violated, the account may be immediately closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

Account Registration and Management

3.1 Creating an Account

Providing accurate and complete personal information is mandatory when creating an account on et33. Each user may operate only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and any funds or bonuses held may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. et33 must be notified immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. et33 will not be held responsible if account credentials fall into the hands of a third party due to your own negligence.

3.3 Updating Information

If any personal details on your account, such as your name, address, or mobile number, change, they must be updated as soon as possible. et33 is not responsible for withdrawal delays caused by incorrect information.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

et33 may request identity verification (Know Your Customer) at any time. As part of this process, copies of a national ID, passport, or other valid documents may be required. If the necessary information is not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits on et33 can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The correct amount and the designated reference number must be used when making a deposit. et33 is not responsible for failed transactions caused by incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The mobile banking number used for withdrawal must match the number provided at the time of account registration.

4.3 Transaction Verification

et33 reserves the right to carry out additional verification on any transaction. Unusual or suspicious transactions may be automatically held for review. During an investigation into suspicious activity, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on et33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on et33 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x), meaning the total combined deposit and bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are stated on the offer page.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after wagering has been completed.
  • Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active.
  • Winnings from bonus funds will be withdrawable once wagering is complete.
  • et33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The et33 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers a maximum weekly cashback of 0.4%, the Silver tier up to 0.8%, and the Gold tier up to 1.2%. To advance to a higher tier, regular activity and consistent play must be maintained. The specific conditions for each tier must be met to receive VIP cashback benefits.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse or an attempt at fraud is suspected, et33 reserves the right to investigate the account and, where necessary, close the account and forfeit any bonuses.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 General Rules

All games on et33 are operated on a fair play basis. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used in game operations, ensuring completely impartial results. If there is any objection to a game result, the support team must be notified within 24 hours.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. et33 reserves the right to set or adjust betting limits for specific accounts.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server error or network issue, et33 will work to find the best resolution. et33 reserves the right to void or adjust any abnormal winnings resulting from a technical error. In such situations, et33's decision will be considered final.

6.4 Live Casino

Respectful behavior toward the dealer and other players is required when participating in live casino games. Disrespectful or offensive behavior may result in removal from the game and temporary or permanent closure of the account.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the et33 platform:

  • Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of someone else.
  • Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to operate games.
  • Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
  • Making deposits using a credit card or third-party payment method.
  • Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems or hacking.
  • Creating an account with false information or committing identity fraud.
  • Colluding with other users to exploit the platform.
  • Fraudulent activity against et33 or against other users.

If any of the above prohibited activities are found, et33 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all associated funds. In serious cases, law enforcement authorities may be notified.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, contact the support team via live chat or email. Please withdraw any remaining valid funds before closing your account.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by et33

et33 may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
  • Creating an account with false or incomplete information.
  • Evidence of fraudulent or abnormal activity.
  • Age or identity verification remaining incomplete.
  • On the instruction of a legal or regulatory authority.

8.3 After Account Closure

Upon account closure, active bonuses and funds that have not met wagering conditions will be forfeited. However, legitimately held principal funds will be returned after applicable verification is complete, unless evidence of fraud is found.

Limitation of Liability

et33 provides its services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. et33 will not bear any responsibility in the following situations:

  • Game losses or failed transactions caused by internet disconnection.
  • Delays or failures caused by errors in third-party payment gateways.
  • Losses caused by issues with the user's own device or software.
  • Account credentials falling into the hands of a third party due to the user's own negligence.
  • Service interruption during unexpected technical errors or scheduled server maintenance.

et33's total liability shall not under any circumstances exceed the value of the transaction in question. Gambling carries risk, and the decision to place bets is entirely the user's own responsibility.
